2 Bedroom Bungalows

The Maroochy River Resort & Bungalows offers simple 3 star self-catering holiday and long stay accommodation suitable for singles, couples andfamilies. A great base if you are simply holidaying or working on a local project!  Containing everything you need while you search for a new home, the 2 bedroom bungalows are perfect for relocations.

Set on the edge of Eudlo Creek just off the Maroochy River, the 85 two bedroom cabins & duplex villas are set on 6 acres of landscaped gardens with 200m of waterfront.  They are a mix of holiday units and permanent residents.

• The two bedroom WATERFRONT cabins (50 sqm - all sleep up to 2 adults and 3 children, some sleep 4 children) offer the opportunity for you to moor your boat directly in front of your cabin.

• The two bedroom GARDEN cabins (50 sqm - all sleep up to 2 adults and 2 chldren, some sleep 3 children) are situated in the garden and are the closest to the waterfront.

• The two bedroom GARDEN duplex villas (56 sqm - all sleep 2 adults and 2 children, some sleep 4 children) are situated in the garden, are the futherest from the waterfront but the closest to the pools, bbqs and tennis courts. These have a 2 way ensuite bathroom - great for families with young children.

Beds for the children may comprise any combination of bunks or single divans or trundles and may not be suitable for adults. Connecting rooms are not available, however side by side bungalows may be requested at the time of booking.

All units are non smoking.  Sorry, pets are not permitted on the property.

Amenities provided in all 2 bedroom units include:

• Full size refrigerator, microwave, food preparation equipment, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery

• colour TV and DVD player

• clock radio

• heater (or reverse cycle a/c in selected units only)

• Plastic food storage containers

• Fishing lines, kayaks, etc.

• Torch

• 2 sand anchors if you are bringing a boat
