Set on the edge of Eudlo Creek just off the Maroochy River, the 85 two bedroom cabins & duplex villas are set on 6 acres of landscaped gardens with 200m of waterfront. They are a mix of holiday units and permanent residents.

two bedroom WATERFRONT cabins (50 sqm - all sleep up to 2a+3c, some sleep 4c) offer the opportunity for you to moor your boat directly in front of your cabin.

The
two bedroom GARDEN cabins (50 sqm - all sleep up to 2a+3c, some sleep 4c) are situated in the garden and are the closest to the waterfront.

The
two bedroom GARDEN duplex (56 sqm - all sleep 2a+2c, some sleep 4c) are situated in the garden, are the futherest from the waterfront but the closest to the pools, bbqs and tennis courts. 2 way ensuite bathroom - great for families with young children.

The
two bedroom GARDEN villas (65 sqm - all sleep 2a +3c, some sleep 4c) are situated in the garden close to the kiddies pool. These are the closest 2bedroom units to the 1 bedroom bungalows.
Beds for the children may comprise any combination of bunks or single divans or trundles and may not be suitable for adults.
Amenities provided in all 2 bedroom units include:
