Facilities are ideal for elite, amateur or school based sporting groups staying for a few days, weeks or even a few months. We have hosted many championship teams including the Australian Womens Rugby League, Samoa Rugby League, Great Britain Canoeing, South African Kayaking, Rowing Queensland, Qld Wakeboard Assoc and many others. The Clubhouse provides a great waterside training venue and doubles as a food hall with DIY food preparation areas especially kitted out for such groups. We have regularly hosted Stuartholme, Nudgee, and Canterbury College for waterbased school camps. They love the easy access to water and plenty of parking. Corporate retreats and association workshops come in many sizes and with a varying range of budgets and requirements. More and more we find planners seeking to have their dollar go further for live-in immersive experiences. Seating for up to 75 people theatre style or 50 banquet style is available in our Clubhouse. Marqee sites allow this capacity to expand to up to 250 banquet style if required. Waterside cocktails or funfilled frivolity for 10 - 400 guests can be facilitated. Just use your imagination. We have hosted many clubs including Bribie Island RSL Fishing Club and CUB Fishing Club. With own boat ramp & ability to moor directly out front it is a convenient option for water based clubs. We have also hosted the likes of the Coke Collectors Club and Resto Rydz Car Club who love the access to the hotel and ample parking. Easy bus and coach turning and parking. Great stopover for bus drivers. All bungalows maximum 6 steps. We regularly host companies such as Synergy Systems, J&P Richardson, Qld Rail, Downer EDI Works and numerous small business operators. They love the central location, the pub meals, and the fact that we look after them making it easy to get in late, get out early, change bookings and work with purchase order systems and special procedures if required. Highly recommended are the 18 one bedroom self contained bungalows which form two circles of accommodation each providing a central bbq and lawn area for gathering and activities. Group bookings all have a 2 night minimum out of festive seasons (at which time it may increase to 5 nights).

Total: 18 families (79 persons if all beds are fully occupied)

Note the additional 2 bedroom units are available but are not necessarily close together and may be spread throughout the complex. This may suit some groups but not others.
All bungalows are non smoking. Pets are not permitted on the grounds or in room unless registered with the office.
