These cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. 
 
So there is no need to hunt websites for the best deal.  If you have stayed with us before then you will always get the best deal by booking direct.
 
 
To secure a booking, a minimum deposit of $100 or in peak periods $200 is required. The balance is payable on arrival by EFTPOS or Credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard only). Sorry cheques are not accepted on arrival but may be used for initial deposits.

Linen hire is available if required for an additional charge of $10 per person per week. This provides sheets, towels & pillowcases on a weekly changeover basis. Additional towels available at $2 per supply.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND OCCUPANCY
Please read these conditions carefully.  By making the booking you acknowledge and agree that these conditions may apply and extend to any person (also referred to as "Guest") occupying or visiting the accommodation or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest:

  • Charges must be paid in full before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made ie full payment on arrival is required.

  • In addition to the accommodation charge, the Guest is liable for payment of any damage or loss caused by any guest to the accommodation unit and its contents or the common property.

  • The accommodation and grounds must not be used for any unlawful purpose.

  • Guests must only park cars in the designated areas. No motorised means of transport to be used outside of the carpark area.

  • Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the unit overnight without express permission of Management.

  • Only resident guests permitted onsite after 9pm.

  • The Guest shall be considerate of all other guests in the complex and not undertake actions which may interfere with the enjoyment of the stay of other Guests.

  • No animals or pets are to be bought onto the complex or into the bungalows without the express permission of management (including service animals).

  • Neither the Management nor the unit owner is responsible for any damage or loss of property which a Guest may sustain while on the complex.

  • The rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The accommodation unit must be vacated if, after receiving a warning, any Guest fails to comply.

  • There is no refund for early departure.

  • The Manager may inspect the unit at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.

  • In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of any of the deposit  will only be made if more than 14 days notice is given.  In all cases of change or cancellation, an administrative fee is payable by the guest.

  • The Guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.

  • If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the accommodation. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guests' property.
